Fashionable Port Andratx with its small beach is within easy reach and it is only a 5 min. drive to the beautiful sandy beach of Camp de Mar.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar. French doors open onto a covered terrace with lounge and dining area. Further on this floor 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the top floor there are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. These bedrooms have entrance to a small sun terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
