This lovely holiday villa sits in a beautiful garden with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. Pecciolo with restaurants and shops is perched on a hill with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. From holiday villa Castilia you can easily visit the main cultural destinations of Tuscany, such as Florence and Siena.
Villa Castilia comprises 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fire place and satellite TV, a sitting room with comfortable sofas, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Further on this floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom (shower).
On the first floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower.
Outside there is a beautiful pergola overgrown by wisteria, furnished with a dining table for 10 and commanding breathtaking views across the Tuscan hills. From here stairs lead down to the garden and pool (12 x 4 x 1.30) surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and parasols. There is a covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture.
