Description villa Mariaco
Villa Mariaco is a spacious holiday villa for 10 located in a quiet villa area within walking distance from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. The villa with separate guest house comprises 2 floors and a roof top terrace.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area (48 m2) with fire place and satellite TV. French doors lead to a covered terrace with dining table for 10. Further on this floor a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
On the first floor you will find the 4th double bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the roof top terrace with sea view. On the landing with access to the roof terrace there is a settee-bed and a flat screen TV.
In the delightful garden lies the large swimming pool (11 x 5) with paddling pool, surrounded by a large terrace with 10 sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The pool can be heated against a supplement. There is a separate guest house with double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a flat screen TV.
This wonderful holiday villa has its own tennis court and is particularly suitable for families with children.
