On the first floor you will find the spacious master suite with king-size bed, and glass sliding doors opening onto the large south-facing terrace with amazing sea view. Further on this floor a double bedroom suite with small balcony.

On the top floor there is a games/TV room with LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and Bose surround system. Further on this floor 2 bedroom suites with walk-in wardrobe and access to a large terrace with fabulous sea view.

This exclusive villa lies at the seaside and his a private jetty for a boat of 20 mtr. The lovely pool is surrounded by the large terrace with sun beds. There is an outdoor kitchen with dining area for 8, a wooden sundeck with sun loungers and outdoor shower/toilet and a Jacuzzi bath for 8. The pool can be heated against a supplement.
