This luxury holiday villa lies near the coast in Splitska on the isle of Brac (Croatia), only 100 m. from the beach. Villa Horizon comprises a main villa and an apartment with its own entrance. The villa and the apartment are not rented out separately.
On the ground floor of the main villa you will find a spacious living area with satellite TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom each with en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have a private terrace, one with Jacuzzi hot tub and both with breath taking sea view. Furthermore on this floor a laundry room with washing machine and a small fitness room.
The apartment comprises a living/dining area, a small kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. Ideal for guests or a nanny.
Holiday villa Horizon lies in a completely fenced, well-maintained garden. The large pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, parasols and an outdoor shower.
Between the main villa and the apartment there is a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and a traditional stone BBQ.
