Holiday villa Verano lies at the lakeside promenade near the yacht harbour of Cannero Riviera. The villa is perfectly situated within walking distance of the small centre of Cannero Riviera with restaurants and shops and a sunny beach with watersport facilities.
This spacious characteristic villa dates back to the early 20th century and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The villa sleeps 11 in 6 bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a wonderful living room with fire place, piano and a smart TV with surround sound system. The lovely conservatory features authentic colored stained glass windows and comfortable sofas. There is a dining room for 10, a guest toilet and a modern fully fitted kitchen.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a large single bed and 2 bathrooms.
