This lovely holiday villa lies close to the famous yacht harbour Puerto Banus (5 min. walk) with restaurants, shops and supermarket. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached on foot within 8 min. A perfect holiday villa for families with children!
Holiday villa Conchita comprises two floors and was recently renovated.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The living area opens onto the covered terrace with outdoor furniture including a dining area . There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with American fridge/freezer. Further on this floor you will find 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to terrace and 2 twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom.
The master bedroom suite with walk-in closet is on the top floor. It has a lovely private terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture.
