Holiday villa Callas lies in a panoramic location in the hills above the charming old village of Pescallo within walking distance of the charming town of Bellagio (1 km) with lots of good restaurants, bars and shops. In the small harbour of Pellagio you can rent a boat or kayaks to explore the lake. Regular ferry services depart from the harbour of Bellagio to many characteristic towns along the lake shore.

Villa Callas comprises 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a fitness area with bathroom (shower), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a wine cellar with a selection of wines.

On the first floor there is a spacious living area with satellite TV and magnificent views across the lake. There is a dining area for 8 and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore on this floor a double bedroom, a twin bedroom , 2 bathrooms with shower and a study/reading room.

On the top floor there is the third double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living area with single sofa bed.
